Vertisys provides simple solutions to complex IT problems. We are a locally owned network integrator built on the small town, neighborly values of trust, integrity and consistency. Businesses throughout metro Atlanta and the Southeast that depend on IT depend on Vertisys to make IT work. This is especially true for our legal and real estate clients – two of the sectors in which Vertisys has unparalleled experience. While others have come and gone, Vertisys keeps on keeping it simple by offering excellent customer service, best-of-breed products, customized training and reliable support.

Vertisys History

Vertisys was founded in 1992. In that year, the demise of several Atlanta area system integrators left their legacy customers without support. The three core employees of Vertisys stepped in to provide fast, reliable support of the existing maintenance contracts. This was to be the beginning of a long history of enduring business relationships with our clients. Since that time, many local, regional and national network integrators have closed their doors, yet Vertisys has proven to be one of the most stable and consistent providers of network integration in the Atlanta area. Our financially sound company now employs 16 full-time and 2 contract solutions professionals.

This has led Vertisys to develop a special appreciation and highest level IT expertise for the specific needs of the legal and real estate markets. No other system integrator in the Atlanta area has as much focused experience in these two markets.

• We have consistently proven our commitment to lowering ongoing IT support costs by installing only the very best equipment and software and effectively implementing best practice solutions while improving overall reliability. By keeping IT solutions elegant and easily managed, our clients are able, in most cases, to administer and maintain their system on their own. This saves significant outlays in the long run by not requiring additional service expenditures to accomplish simple tasks.

• As a locally owned company, Vertisys has the flexibility in meeting your needs rather than having your firm conform to rigid, corporate, home office procedures and rules. While we are large enough to have the necessary expertise to effectively service your firm, we are small enough to devote the personalized attention that will keep you a satisfied, long-term client.

• Vertisys runs a complete clustered VMware and Microsoft network in our office, utilizing the very technology we recommend, including HP, Dell and Equallogic via a Cisco connected SAN solution. This gives us the luxury of using our own environment as a lab for new technology and to design testing and beta migrations without disrupting the users and IT professionals of your firm. Also, due to our level of partnership with Microsoft and iManage, we have access to not-for-release copies of all of their available software.

• Because we utilize our own training personnel, Vertisys is able to tailor all training classes to each specific client. To go a step further, Vertisys is able to train users on their own configuration and to adjust the speed and topic of each training class based on the ability of the users.
