Vertisys offers a wide range of service options and will customize a service program that best meets your needs. Our service offerings include the following: Integration services on heterogeneous networks, Server and workstation break/fix, Network infrastructure design and consulting, Internet security and consulting,

  • Software training, floor support and Blanket maintenance / service contracts
  • Management and monitoring of network devices

Our goal is to provide you with a wide variety of value added service options in addition to traditional integration services.

There are two major advantages to working with Vertisys. The first is that as a locally owned company, we can be flexible to meet our clients' needs versus having our clients conform to rigid, corporate, home office procedures and rules. Second, while we are large enough to have the necessary, local expertise to effectively service our clients, we are small enough to care that each client remains a satisfied, long-term client.

Maintenance

All service organizations offer hardware maintenance costs based on the cost of replacement of the hardware (usually the selling cost) and the guaranteed response time. Vertisys calculates maintenance based on the replacement cost to Vertisys and the guaranteed response time. What makes Vertisys unique is that we will calculate costs for the core network components based on a faster response time and will offer reduced rates for those components that are not mission critical or duplicated somewhere within the system (which can be handled with a slower guaranteed response time).
