Maintenance

All service organizations determine hardware maintenance costs based on the cost of replacement of the hardware (usually the selling cost) and the guaranteed response time. Vertisys calculates maintenance charges based on the replacement cost to Vertisys and the guaranteed response time. What makes Vertisys unique is that we will calculate costs for the core network components based on a faster response time and will offer reduced rates for those components that are not mission critical or are duplicated somewhere within the system, which can be handled with a slower guaranteed response time.
