At Vertisys, we believe in order to maximize your firm’s investment in technology your system users should be educated on the features of the products they use. We know an educated user is a more productive employee.   Our training programs are designed for flexibility in order to provide the appropriate balance between learning and hands-on experience. We can make modifications to our training programs to meet the specific needs of each class.     Take advantage of our ‘Training Tuesday’s” exclusive half-day training sessions which include lunch.   • Floor Support

    Vertisys treats floor support as a vital part of training by allowing users to put actual work-related practices in place. This is a continuation of the training process in which users can have specific questions addressed.

    Vertisys has recently incorporated workshops or “Lunch & Learns” into our training curriculum. Workshops are a perfect tool for continuing software education, focusing on a single topic or several related topics.   • Classroom

    For organizations with classrooms on-site, we will verify that the classroom is ready for training. We will check the hardware setup and install all necessary applications, training files and exercises. This service ensures the smooth implementation of training.   Vertisys also provides a traveling classroom if needed. We will provide the necessary hardware to create and promote a hands-on training room at your office.

  • Help Desk

    We take training one step further by utilizing expertise gained from the classroom and floor support to provide help desk support services. Our specialists work closely with clients to review and record vital system information to ensure that recurring issues are eliminated and we always make sure that a firm’s help desk staff is prepared to take over after a project is completed.
